The Recruitment & Employment Confederation
The REC is a professional trade body for the UK recruitment industry. As the professional body for recruitment, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the largest trade association representing the UK’s recruitment and staffing industry.
Only the REC gives recruitment businesses the mark of quality which tells their clients they strive to deliver the right people every time, that they care about what they do and have an unmatched level of professionalism.
The REC provides recruitment businesses with a wide range of training, legal, business and accreditation services. They represent businesses through its corporate membership and individuals through the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP). All corporate members abide by a code of professional practice and individual members abide by a code of ethics and professional conduct.
